Frequently Asked Questions

A life coach is someone who supports you in gaining clarity, reconnecting with yourself, and moving forward in a way that feels natural and aligned.
Rather than giving you the answers, a life coach will empower you to explore your own thoughts, feelings, and patterns.
A process that guides you to remember what you already know.

A spiritual coach takes the journey one layer deeper by focusing on your inner connection.
It’s the quiet voice…the feeling that you’re meant for something more.
It’s about reconnecting with your higher power, inner wisdom, and the life you’re meant to be living.
-
It's a great question, and one worth answering honestly.
Therapy is a deeply valuable and important resource. A clinical practice focused on healing, diagnosing, and working through past trauma and mental health, provided by trained licensed therapists.
Coaching is different in that it doesn't diagnose or treat. Instead, it meets you where you are right now and focuses on where you want to go. It's forward-facing, action-oriented, and rooted in your own inner wisdom. We may reflect on the past, because our stories matter and shape us, but we don't live there. We use it as a stepping stone to move forward, not a place to stay.
If at any point you need support beyond coaching, I will always encourage you to seek the care that best supports you.

Silent Bloom Collective provides a calm, warm, supportive space where you can slow down and just be.
Each session is 60 minutes and held virtually, so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable to you. We'll begin by discussing where you are, and from there, we follow your lead. Sessions are fluid and tailored to what you need most in that moment…either guided meditation, healing techniques, or just open, honest conversation.
There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a clear direction. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.
Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet, while others may bring new insights or gentle shifts in perspective. Together, we move at your pace…creating space for understanding, growth, and meaningful change that feels natural and true to you.
You’ll leave each session with a clearer sense of yourself, and often a deeper connection to what you need moving forward.

Honestly? That's entirely up to you…and that's exactly how it should be.
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline when it comes to growth. Some people come with a specific topic they need support through and find their footing in just a few sessions. Others discover that having a consistent, nurturing space to return to becomes a meaningful part of how they continue to grow and show up for themselves. Both are completely valid. Both are honored here.
But we know…real, lasting change doesn't happen overnight. Growth is quiet. It's gradual. It happens in the small moments between sessions when something shifts, when you catch yourself thinking differently, when you choose yourself in a way you wouldn't have before. That kind of change takes time, and it takes showing up for yourself consistently.
My hope is never to create dependency. It's to give you the tools, the clarity, and the confidence to eventually trust yourself so deeply that you carry this work with you long after our sessions end. That is my purpose.
So whether you're here for four sessions or four seasons, you are welcome for exactly as long as you need.

Absolutely. This is a safe, private space where you can speak openly, honestly and without judgment.
That being said, exceptions to confidentiality are the ones required by law. While coaching is not legally privileged like therapy, situations where confidentiality must be broken are rare. In the event that there is evidence that you are a potential danger to yourself or someone else, or that you disclose illegal activity, I am ethically bound to report it to the appropriate authority. In such a case, I will discuss it with you before taking such action.

You don’t have to…That’s what I’m here for.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. Sometimes, simply knowing that something feels off or that you’re ready for change is enough.
We’ll start there.
Our Discovery Session will provide a gentle, pressure-free conversation where we get to figure it out together.
You bring yourself. I'll help you find the rest.

No. Silent Bloom Collective is a welcoming space for all souls, regardless of faith, belief system, or background. You do not need to identify as spiritual, religious, or anything in between to find value here.
The word spiritual means the deeper parts of you…your sense of purpose, your inner wisdom, your connection to something greater than the noise of everyday life.
Whether you are deeply rooted in faith, quietly spiritual, or someone who knows there is more within you waiting to be uncovered…you belong here.
You are free to bring your own beliefs into this space, or purely come as you are.

Life happens, and sometimes we need to detour.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
For late cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session, a fee of 50% of the session rate will be applied.
For missed sessions without any notice, the full session rate will be charged.
That said, I also believe in meeting people with kindness first. Every new client is given one courtesy cancellation because I know that life is beautifully unpredictable and trust takes time to build. After that, the policy above applies so that we can both continue to honor the time and space we've created together.
If something unexpected arises, please don't hesitate to reach out. Open and honest communication is always appreciated, and we will do our best to work through it together.
